Need help BADLY

Hi, I am a thirty year old wife and mother who for the most part has managed to hold my own in this economy. I am requesting help as I have fallen behind in taxes and bills and am trying to keep my head above water. I am employed and actually work three jobs but for some reason have had the worst luck. I have recently had to pay off judgements equaling 16,600 dollars and this has left me also owing family and friends. I am desperatetly in need of some financial help if anyone can help. Fifty year old grandmother needs help in putting my life back together. i have medical problems , but still have two jobs. Working very hard to clear my credit and get a place to calll my own. i have children and grandchildren and is unable to be the grandmother that i am suspose to be. I am about 5300.00 in debt. my credit was ruined after an illnes and several surgeries that left me unable to work for a while. Each time I seem to catch up something knocks me back. If i cluld just get this together, that would be all that i need. I just need a little help. Any thing will be appreciated. If someone is willing to help me , I will be willing for you to send any monies to my creditors. This is not a scam, just an ordinary woman looking for help. I never have to see the money, just help me re-establish my good name. I can handle it after that. I just need a boost. Thank you very much.
